Lead Architects in Moscow and Rostov-on-Don

We are looking for an experienced architects to join our office. He will have to develop project documentation and supervise the development of projects by the team at all stages, from idea to realization.

We expect the candidate to:

has a good knowledge of the regulatory framework for design
is able to work in BIM (Revit)
is fluent in facade and building materials
understands insolation
has a portfolio of objects with the area of more than 25 thousand m2 (residential, public, social objects) and project documentation
has experience of participation in state exerptization of building projects
knows how to work with related specialists, receive and issue assignments and plan working time
is able and willing to be a mentor for the team
