About the Bureau
Continuum is an architecture bureau founded by Olesya Mogilevskaya and Viktor Perov in 2022 in Moscow.
The bureau works with projects of various scales and typologies at all stages — from concept to construction. Our experience in development allows us to organize the process so that architecture precisely meets the client’s objectives, integrating seamlessly into the overall vision of the project while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
Continuum has offices in Moscow and Rostov-on-Don.
The team consists of 30 professionals.

A graduate of Moscow Architectural Institute (MARKHI), Olesya has advanced from architect to studio lead, gaining comprehensive experience across all project stages — from concept to completion. Her background in development enabled creative collaborations with international bureaus and the delivery of projects through to the author’s supervision stage.
At Continuum, Olesya applies her own methodology: each project is developed independently, following its own unique trajectory, without predefined techniques or assumptions — treated as an entirely new professional challenge.

A graduate of Bauman Moscow State Technical University and the MBA program at Vlerick Business School (Belgium). Working in the project business since 2006. Passionate about triathlon and mountaineering; regularly organizes sports events for architects.
