Façades made of composite panels create a “chameleon” effect, reflecting light differently throughout the day. Finishing details — including golden accents on the tower and clinker tiles on the lower floors — give the façades a sense of refined materiality. ÁLIA is a harmonious and dignified residential cluster, open to the surrounding landscape and enriched with public functions. A carefully planned car-free courtyard, shaped by natural forms and filled with sports and children's areas, creates an environment for living, leisure, and community.
The architectural concept is rooted in the metaphor of a “spark” — a light impulse transformed into a spatial landmark: an elevated path. This continuous ribbon runs across the entire courtyard, shifting from one function to another — from a quiet garden to sheltered swing areas, from sun loungers to a floating gallery above the play zone. The spatial logic of the path allows play areas to be threaded along it like “beads,” organizing activities for different age groups within a unified yet diversified space. The natural terrain and gentle hills create a cozy, human-scale environment and allow the site to be enriched with mature trees. This brings a sense of depth and established character, where nature is perceived as an integral part of everyday life.
The project offers residents not merely a landscaped courtyard, but a rich, expressive, and emotionally engaging space where every element works in harmony with the rest. Here, one can retreat into greenery, meet neighbors under a shaded canopy, watch children play from the elevated path, take a walk, or simply enjoy the views. Thanks to its flexible functional program, strong relationship with nature, and a vivid architectural idea, the space supports and enriches a wide range of everyday scenarios.
